Opening notes of blackberry with a floral smell of hyacinth, a combination of honey, vanilla, and strawberry. The palate presents you with berries covered in chocolate that fairly burst in your mouth with leveledacidity. The texture of the tannins is smooth yet unobtrusive. The finish is toasty warm and pleasantly oaky. Zinfandel fruit was sourced from Moniz Vineyard in Morgan Hill.
